Well I guess they answered the question of do you get old if you have regeneration what with Adam being Takezo Kensei. It also answers why they keep using that symbol for the company.
Then there is the whole Claire's boyfriend finding out who Claire's father is (Claire's father seems to be falling into the self-fulfilling prophecy trap with the paintings and all).
O, and we find out that the virus has already mutated. What are the chances that if they try to use Claire to get a vaccine that it backfires, resulting in the virus that wipes out most humans in the possible future Peter went to.

Also what's up with Claire's BF? Jeremy and I are certain he's working for someone.
