I got linked to some stuff about FOUO and noticed that there are 9 FOIA exemptions. I can see why the first 8 are exemptions. But why is "Geological and geophysical information concerning wells" an exemption?

I suppose to prevent people from having easy access to knowledge of our water supply, making it harder to fuck with? Other than that, no idea.
