-Tuesday:
Smashed my finger while getting the mail. Went to take the dog with me to get the mail. She wasn't on a leash since she is usually very good about following directions. On the way back, someone else was walking their dogs. Misty (our dog) decided to run on over to say high. I missed a grab at her collar and hit sidewalk with my hand (well fumbled my fall since I also ran into someone during my missat the collar; fumbled to take the brunt of the force). Didn't really hurt, just looked ugly (smashed the nail). I could go into graphic detail, but I know some of you are squimish.
-Wednesday:
Reading day. not much happened.
-Thursday:
First I had my physics final at 7:40 am. For the most part, not that bad. Howver, there was one question that threw up a "What the hell". E-chan knows what I'm talking about.
At "12:20pm" I had my database final. Well 12:20 is the theoretical time since the teacher thought it was supppose to start at 1:40 (a student called him around 12:40ish wondering where he was). Well he shows up late, says he'll be back in about 15 min with the first half of the test (he hasn't finished the other half) and comes back in 10 with the first half and the TA to proctor. about 15-20 min later (I think; it was however long it took most of the class to finish the first half) he does show up with the second half. He might be a good teacher, but he has problems figuring out the university scheduling thing (he showed up for the first class late as well).
Then there was reconviene at Con HQ. Much fun as always. Teacher Jen is fun to tickle.
-Friday:
Worked some. Not much else.
-Saturday:
Got my haircut. Shaved. Meant to get oil changed in my car, but didnn't get to it (I've only been needing to get this done since December).
THEM end of year party. Was quite fun. Been awhile since I've gotten to see both chibis. Robyn is almost at the walking stage while Trevor has forgotten how to walk (he runs everywhere). Didn't get to tickle Jen as much since see was wearing a skirt (there is always next reconviene ;) ).
-Sunday:
Mothers day. Went to my Aunt and Uncles to celebrate. I sometimes forget how large my extended family is (keep in mind this is only a small part of my dad's/uncle's side + aunt's side). So many chibis (my dad being the youngest of his siblings means that some of these chibis are from my cousins). Got to play with CJ, the child of one of my cousins. I think he is about 6 months to a year younger than Trevor (other than CJ's fascination with hitting things (including people), I think they would get along).
-Monday (today):
Had a 6:15pm final. It was Technical Writing. Was not that hard of a final (made even easier since he gave us about 2/3 of the questions beforehand). I also found out that my CSE 463 final is tomorrow, not Wednesday (I'm glad I have similar schedules with other students).
Now onto upcomming stuff.
My last final is tomorrow at 4:40pm. I am not sure how hard this is going to be. Its HCI (basically how to desing a good user interface) taught be Renee Turban.
I have an appointment with a graduate advisor. Finally found time for this (tried to get in last week, but they were boooked). Should find out simple stuff like what classes to take, how many classes to take, what do I have to do to keep my RA position (mainly what paperwork since they in the lab want me to stay).
Then there is graduation. Thursday is Commencement (10am). Friday is Convocation (5:30pm). Both are in Well's Fargo Arena. For some odd reason, I decided to do both. I hope reconviene is on Thursday since it is assumed I have family stuff after both.
