This weekend I was reminded of my addiction to City of Heroes. On Saturday, first thing I did was play "He With No Name" (monk eq monk look-alike) since I was at the end of a story arc. Turns out this guy was near the end of the dungeon. Yes, thats right, I had my first encounter with an arch-villian; in this case Dr. Vahzilok. Of course he kicked my butt seeing how is was purple con and I was doing the mission solo (if I knew he was in this mission before nearly finishing it, I would of formed a team beforehand). Luckily fighting him was optional, especially since I couldn't find enough help to take him down.
After that I played on one of my alts for a few minutes before hearing thunder very close. So I turned off my computer, and not 5 minutes after I did, the lights flickered and our tv/internet went out. So that was it for Saturday.
For today, I played my alt "Twilight Shroud" (a dark/dark defender) since he was close to level. Lets see, I recall I started the day at lvl 6, and now he is level 10. Had a fun time, as well as got to group up with some decent people. Only thing I forgot to do is friend some of them. O well, if I see them around again, I will.
If I didn't have to get up early for a dentist appointment, I would still be on right now...no, I'm not addicted, honest *hand quivers uncontrollably*

Woot! Dr. Vahz!!! I had to have a team to take him down too, and man was that an awesome fight! Got a nice enhancement prize from it, and a collector item or something. I am looking forward to other high level archvillians to eventually face off with! Gods I love this game!
