Apr. 27th, 2004 09:18 pmok, I am enjoying Kingdom of Loathing too much. Just got this task from my guildhall for my disco bandit...
You have done well so far, my friend. You have almost earned access to the Shadowy Store in our back room. In order to do this, you must complete another challenge:
Steal your own pants, without alerting yourself to your presence..
o yeah, I also figured out that you get new adventure points around 9pm.

Date: 2004-04-28 06:43 am (UTC)All you need is 15?? Dude, I'm not sure that carries across all classes then because I tried the seal clubber equivalent (do 500 chin ups) when I had 15 base strength and still failed (although my accordian theif can't steal his own pants yet because he only has like 13 moxie).
I think I'll try again to with my seal clubber dude since I now have a base strength of 30. Oh yeah, and since I have a pasta mancer with an E-Z bake oven if any THEMers find dried noodles (usually found by adventuring in the Hobb Knobb kitchens) then just send my character "greatslime" the noodles and preferably a tomatoe if you have one and I'll whip you up some plain spagetti since only pasta mancers can make it and it generally kicks ass as far as most food goes since it boosts all stats and at most gives you 10 extra adventures (I haven't experimented with using sausage instead yet, although obviously there must be other spagetti variations).
Other good stat boosting recepies using ingrediants found in the kitchen are sausage pizza (first make a plain pizza using wad of dough and a tomatoe, and then cook the plain pizza with some knobb sausage) which boosts strength... and mushroom pizza (same drill but use knobb mushrooms) which boosts the magic stat (can't remember what it is called right now). If only there weren't a limit on the amount of food a character can eat per day I'd be level 7 by now.
